Tails (The Amnesic Incognito Live System) is a security-focused Debian-based Linux distribution aimed at preserving privacy and anonymity. It was first released on 23 June 2009. It is the next iteration of development on Incognito, a discontinued Gentoo-based Linux distribution.
Tails always starts with a clean state and everything you do disappears automatically when you shut down tails. Almost everything you do can leave traces on the computer except Tails, it runs only from the memory of the computer and does not write anything on the hard disk. The memory is entirely deleted when you shut down tails and eraces all possible traces. All its incoming and outgoing connections are forced to go through Tor, and any non-anonymous connections are blocked. Tails allow you to leave no trace on the computer you’re using. It is a useful operating system if you are afraid of the safety of your data or anonymity while browsing online. The very fact it is an amnesic OS that doesn’t leave any trace on the computer. Tails come with UEFI Secure Boot.

You can download tails for free but it’s better to install from torrent or any other trusted website and install it in a portable storage device minimum storage should be 8gb. It takes 1.2gb to download and half an hour to install.
